Walao.. It was a really tiring day. I was duty-ing at Hospital Kajang since 7 this morning.. and just got back at 6pm… tired gila…. But it was quite an interesting day…
Case 1 : ‘Motor vehicle accident’ LOLs.. so called motor vehicle accident.. make me so excited to see the accident… In the end.. ==” An old lady was knocked slightly by a car passing by… She lost her balance and fell.. But she fell hard… Her head was bruised… Her leg.. OMG.. especially at her foot… the skin on top and the muscles were teared out… Oh gosh… and she was quite calm about it… I think if it was me.. I would have screamed my lungs out.. and i think the glass surrounding me would just crack and break.. LOL.. In the end she was sent to Pantai bangsar Hospital as requested by the family… Happy Ending .. i guess…
Case 2 : OKU comes in at around 9 in the morning complaining about difficulty in breathing… Sent to green zone and was discharged… At 3 in the afternoon, the same guy came back complained of the same thing.. I was huh???? Then the medical assistant told me.. This guy comes in everyday complaining of the same prob… But dunno what is his prob… LOL…
Case 3 : BUNUH DIRI!!!! this stupid car came speeding in to the emergency ward zone and stop right in front of me… I was like WTH?? this is a hospital la u idiot!! BTW he almost banged into my junior… Then he came down screaming at all of us including de MA.. come and help like u *********. We’re trying to help but u keep blocking de way and u were going to hurt us.. How the hell are we suppose to help? In the end I didn’t help.. As ordered by my officer in case he whack me.. But he did almost break the door of the emergency ward… LOL.. i was like Omg.. the case literallly came off.. half of it.
Case 4 : this guy came in with his chin ripped open.. just like i did when i was 6.. hahaha… But his was worse.. His teeth can be seen from the outside of his jaw… Gross… hahhaa.. blood spurts out everytime he talks.. That how gross and deep his wound is.., I guess you can say it is arterial or venous bleeding out… Erm… stoppped bleeding.. Wrapped his face up.. But haven’t sewed up.. Have to enter surgical ward.. but MO wasn’t free… But when the MO was free.. patient missing.. LOL… dunno where he wet.. disappeared.. MIA.. ahahaha
Case 5 : My last and most tiring case of the day.. But oso sad case of the day… ><.. This emergency call came in from Kajang Plaza medical center… A refer or patient with GCS or 3… wth.. practically brain dead lo… and the call said on the way… So we were like HARH?? 38 send to us for wat?? and the place was actually only 5 minutes away.. so we waited.. but the ambulance only arrived 10 minutes later.. so stupid… Then the MA checked again and his GCS was 8.. Alive again.. LOL.. hahaa but then his brain fluid leaked so much that when we brought him in to CT scan.. the scan showed that his brain was totally compressed and his basal system, third ventricle and frontal horns of lateral ventrical is missing… The only thing left that can be seen is the midline falx.. There was totally intracranial bleeding… And his skull fracture was so obvious in the scans…. ><… Then later he was sent to GH… >< i think he wouldn’t make it as his prognosis was really poor.. ><. But the crazy thing is how did it happen?? I was told that he fell from a tree and a branch fromt he tree he fell from fell on him and hit his head.. Walao… at least his not malaysian.. ^^ the hard part was to carrying him from this bed to that bed and then again same thing.. nto light u know.. ><..
Walao… but the first thingI was suprised with when I entered the hospital was… It was filled with CHINESE DOCTORS!!! before htis its always indian and malay doctors… first time and the medical assistant were FRIENDLY.. LOL… today was an awesome day,.. learnt so many things.. ANd today saw so many adorable babies… ^^ and a cute doctor.. hehehee…. saturday go find him again.. ^^ just kidding… ^^
