Day 1
Brandon came to my house to fetch me around 6am or so? Then we went to fetch Jia Chee at sungai long which took 30 minutes or more.. Made our way back out to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan which took forever cause number 1:jam.. number 2: don't know the way over there.. LOL... Finally reached there around 7.15am I think.. Parked the car and we walked into the terminal expecting most people to arrive. But then.. the story starts there. Only one person was early and then 3 of us. The rest were on their way. One group of jokers left kepong after 7.00am expecting no jam on a monday? Jokers rite? I was like what in the universe?? Monday leh come on??? i seriously don't know what they were thinking. But anyway, the rest reached on time and we left the terminal sharp 8am without the three musketeers so they had to find their own way there. In the end Venisha's uncle fetched them all the way to melaka. Can you believe it? walao... melaka leh!! Not near ok?? On the way there some of us snored their way there, the rest of us made noise and in the end got stared at and most of us stuffed earphones in our ears and listened to songs all the way. I sent sms and listened to my musics while taking pictures of them snoring and talking. woots.. hehehe..
Reached Melaka Sentral around 10.30 or 11am.. I think.. We all took a rm15 taxi ride to Jonker street. We then split into our own groups and walked on our own to wherever we wanted to and we had to meet back at Hoe Kee chicken rice shop for lunch. hehee.. So Sue yin, Crystal, Venisha, Davinna, Yian yeen and i went on our own but It rained slighty.. Adui... We stopped by at various stores along the way. chocolate shop. cheng ho museum.. er.Then we stopped at some shop to eat cendol with durian..
After eating and when the rain stopped.. We went shopping.. actually is.. they went shopping.. I just sat and watch most of the time..... But we went to the Christ Church over at the Stadhuys Building. And guess what.. I say Brandon Chen. haha.. An old friend from Kajang Highschool St. John,...I was staring at a guys i knew for 4 years but I didn't dare to go up to him and say hi. Because I felt that it was too coincidentally wrong... hahaha.. So I decided to use our phones. haha I messaged him eventhough I was I think 2m away from him.. haha.. SO awkward. But I had to follow the group So I didn't get a chance to talk to him.. But we manage to put a catch up date soon.. ^^
We met for lunch at Hoe Kee Chicken Rice restaurant which was famous so it seems.. We were actually earlyfor almost 30minutes. But at least we got us a seat for 21 people. LOL.. It is actually three tables in a room which is just nice to fit all 21 of us.. hehe.. :) So when most of them arrived.. Sook Ching ordered for all of us.. the cheapest she could get and she's actually very accurate. Enough food for everyone. ^^
After lunch we were actually finish almost an hour ahead of schedule so we decided to head for the Motel as we really do not know the way there and we got lost eventhough there was such thing call google mapping.. We walked and walked and walked round the block for no reason until we finally reached our destination. My bag was getting heavier by the minute man.. haha. But at least Russell helped me out a little bit along the way. If not I think I would have had a broken arm.. hahaha. The motel was actually cleaner and more comfy than expected. I shared a room with Crystal(tzi-qing). and our room number was 4.. @.@ but it is nice room. ^^ We had a big bed to share and a bathroom without a toilet isn't that rather weird? But at least we dont have to fight for the shower with the rest of them. hehehe... Settled down and crystal took of her shirt @.@. well at least i'm dressed. So I left her to cool down while I visit the rest of them.. ^^ hahahhaa.. sue yin and the rest had a big room which fit 4 or 5 people.. they had a big bed and a double decker bed.. ^^ Then they decided to visit out small little room. haha.. So we all cramped in.. I sat on the floor and the rest of them.. well.. on my bed.. hahaha...
We all got our rest and manage to pack up. Drop unwanted things off in the room, bathed, slept, snored, joke, ate, and everything out of the ordinary and vice versa . We left the motel and walked to the Baba and Nonya Museum to look at it but they told us they don't ahve enough staff and asked us to come back at 4.30pm when we were there around 3.30pm. Do you think we have nothing better to do? Plus it was freaking hot and it's not like she is not a staff or a human but she's just sitttinf there. So annoying. So we went to have cendol at Shan Shu Gong. But I got a honey lemon juice and the rest of them got durian cendol.. hahaa. I kinda felt a little bit uncomfortable in the throat. I thought I was coming down with a sore throat so I didn't eat anymore durians. hehe..
They continued shopping for clothes and bags. Then we came to this store that sells a lot of key chains, souvenirs and other stuff. So most of us went crazy over earrings and i was into key chains. I found a hand made star key chain for 3.90 but it was 3 for rm10. So i grabbed stickers which was rm3 and a pair of earrings. I wanted to get the heart shaped one but it was expensive so I didn't get it.. Then it was time for dinner.. ^^ woots woots. Time flies man.. @.@ we took a cab to Ole Sayang Nyonya restaurant. ^^ First to arrive and not told we already booked place there, we just sat down. haha.. Then only they called and told us they already booked. But it doesn't matter anyway cause we were already seated plus there wasn't anyone in the restaurant. hahaha. So we cam-whored while waiting for others to arrive. woots..
I wondered why thye took so long but I didn't really bothered cause I assumed that there wan't any taxi available. So I played temple run on Venisha's phone and I was so drawn into the game to beat her high score, I didn't realize they came in with a cake. oops.. They celebrated my belated 19th birthday with me.. ^^ yeay. Thank you so much guys. Appreciate it a lot.. ^^ muackz..
After dinner we were all full and almost bloated as they were plenty of food and they were delicious.. ^^ Plus the cake. We were full to the top of our stomachs. ^^ So we walked to the bakery to buy breakfast as we were afraid we might get hungry so we bought a light breakfast.. then we walked to taming sari which was about 15-20minutes walk.. ^^ It's a good way to lose all the calories we took in and to not get fat.. hahaha..
After seeing such nice views and enjoyed the ride. We were mostly exhausted and we just sat in front of taming sari to rest and enjoy the wind. LOL.. While deciding whr to go next. Some wanted to go for river cruise. In the end we walked back to Jonker Street. Leg also hampir tercabut. @.@ Then took a cab to eat the famous satay celup. I celup twice then i wan vomit. It's rather nice and the sauce is awesome. But thinking about it be recycled over and over. Plus this uncle went around all the table using the SAME spoon STIRRING the sauce.. GROSS!!!! i just stop. I watch the guys eat I almost puked.. >< WHen I finally told them about it they literally stop eating and felt like puking.. oopss.. my bad.. LOL
Morning Morning Morning.. ^^ Woke up early and so many things happened but I do not wanna mention in details cause I don't think it is a good idea and it not a good thing to backstab so I won't mention it ^6^ Let's skip to the point where everyone is awake and some sleepy heads sat at the lounge table having breakfast and chit chat. ^^ Plus CAM WHORE!
We headed out towards the river to get a ride on the River cruise which in the end up not getting to sit on the cruise due to the crappy service of MELAKA! So we ended up taking plenty of pictures by the river and it was a good good scenery. Although we had a few hiccups and a bit tension, I enjoyed all these camwhore moments. ^^ Because pictures speak a thousand word and it helps me flash back to the memory lane we walk.
After camwhoring and whining and thinking and discussion. We decided to head to eat Mille crepe whihc was in the not at the place it suppose to be. Urghh.. So annoying! But at least it shifted to just across the road which was at the Mahkota Parade. ^^ After that there was some complications as mille crepe only opens at 11am and it was only 10am. Most of us are starving and some planned other activities and also miscommunications. There were unhappy moments which made some of us stomp off but at least we made up after that. So yea we're fine now... ^^After that incident everyone went their separate ways until 11am.Mei kee, sheau wen, jia wen and I went in mahkota parade to do some shopping. We end up going to etude house. I spend rm15 to get 5 face masks which was reckoned to be awesome and was having sale at that time. hehe... We made our way back to Nadeje to eat our long awaited mille crepe.
After being super stuffed up eating all the mille crepe. It was nice at the beginning but too much of it makes my stomach go crazy. LOL. too creamy.. But it was nice.. ^^ Will have it again but next time maybe.. We rushed back to the motel as we have to be checked out before 12pm. My room is a double room so I have to be checked out first. SO i left with a cab along with 3 others who hasn't packed their rooms yet. The rest of them walked back. I reached before noon and packed everything. Then we the rest came back, I realized something wasn't right~ Yian Yeen was missing! AIYOYO!!!!!
Panicked like mad.. called her and she was like on the way back alone lo! I asked you know the way?She replied. Err not really.. just walk and ask people lo! ==" I was OMG~ the guys took the bicycles and went searching for her. I ran cause I'm kinda oto short for the bike.. @.@ oops. Finally found her. Safe and sound.. luckily~ ^^
After checking that everything was packed adn nothing was left, we went downstairs to check out. That kind lady was understanding enough because we checked out slightly out of scheduled time due to our lost friend. haha.. Carried the heavy luggages back to jonker street but we stopped by at some small shop to get lunch because jonker's street food is over priced and not that nice.
Then they continued shopping for goods and I kinda lazied around cause i used up most of my energy running to look for Yian Yeen. Then I got hungry cause I didn't eat in the small shop due to my stomach being filled with mille crepe. ahhaha.. so i went loooking for cafes to take away a sandwich. haha.. Coincidentally I met mei kee, jin yun, jia wen and sheau wen in some cafe I forgot what it was called. hahaha.. Such a small place. LOL.
Finally it was time to go back to KL!!!!!!!! Long awaited moment cause I can't wait to sleep in the bus. So tired~~.. haha.. But the ticket had problems. It seems that it wasn't in the system. So stupid. after making a lot of fuss and a lot of talk here and there. They provided us with a very old junk bus to take us back to KL.. Snored in the bus and had enough time to restore the energy. Took a ride home in Brandon's car. Finally home sweet home.. But I miss those times we had together and I appreciate God giving the most awesome bunch of people as my friends. Thank you and I love you guys so much. I hope we do this again soon. ^^ All the best in your studies my dear friends.. ^^
